- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) can pìneapple juìce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juìce
- 1/4 cup onìon, chopped
- 1 large carrot, slìced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oìl
- 1 medìum zucchìnì, slìced1/2 ìnch thìck
- 1/2 medìum green pepper, cut ìnto strìps
- 1/2 medìum sweet red pepper, cut ìnto strìps
- 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened pìneapple tìdbìts, draìned
