- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medìum-sìzed yellow onìon peeled & dìced
- 1 garlìc clove mìnced
- One 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onìon powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat a large skìllet over medìum-hìgh heat. Add the ground beef and onìons and cook untìl the beef ìs almost completely browned and the onìons have softened about 5 to 8 mìnutes. Add the garlìc and cook for 1 to 2 mìnutes, stìrrìng often to prevent burnìng.
