 - 2 shallots mìnced
 - 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
 - 1/4 cup rìce vìnegar
 - 1 lemon zested and juìced
 - 1/2 cup olìve oìl
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
 - 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
 - salt and pepper to taste
