Apple Pie Egg Rolls!! Warm crispy egg roll wrappers filled with a delicious and simple apple pie filling.
If you like the OLD McDonald’s apple pies (the fried ones!) you will LOVE these!
We love to dust these with powdered sugar or drizzle them with homemade caramel sauce!
I have a thing for anything apple pie from Apple Pie Bread to Upside Down Cheesecake Apple Pie! Apple pie just tastes like homemade comfort.
These apple pie egg rolls have been a top dessert on the blog for years and we’ve made them countless time. I may be aging myself but I remember back to the OLD Apple Pies from McDonalds (before they were baked)? When they were crispy deep fried instead of flaky… I loved those and THESE taste exactly like the original apple pies!
These yummy little bundles are filled with a simple homemade cinnamon apple filling kissed with cinnamon. When choosing apples for this recipe, you’ll want to make sure you use a softer variety of apple (and cut them small) as they cook very quickly!
