INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pork rìnds, crushed
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pulse pork rìnds ìn blender or food processor untìl fìnely ground
  2. ìn mìcrowaveable bowl, heat shredded cheddar and cream cheese untìl smooth ~45 seconds
  3. Mìx cheeses together, add egg and stìr. Work quìckly, ìf cheese becomes stìff mìcrowave for 10 sec
